Advancement is a huge challenge, especially if you start hourly and want to move into management. Senior team members who are part of the union have first choice for holidays and weekends off. Pay is average for an international hotel enterprise.

Hilton is a great company to work for. They are located around the world so you can vacation or even move if there is a position you want.

Cons

The management and staff have been at the same location for a long time. Managers want changes but they are the ones who let the staff do the things that need to change. If you want changes then you have to start at the top.
