      Pros

      The staff add to the beauty of the hotel. The work, no matter in what department you are in is key in the success for the hotel and everyone knows that. Take a look at the awards and recognition that the hotel receives, the employees make it happen. Great team, great management, wonderful (franchised) Hilton to work for. By the way, the GM is very involved, you will see him helping out in any department, not just sitting in his office, which spoke numbers to me.

      not much, Front office managers could streamline schedule but all in all a great place to work for and no major issues

      Low salary, expensive benefits, annual review process needs to be revamped and it's a very top heavy organization.
