good hotel discount and free lunches uniform provided networking with upper class people

Cons

unprofessional staff, terrible hours, giddy & delightful to mean people. ridiculous rule book- only some people had to follow it- noticed high turnover and realized all the signs soon into the position

There is a Team member travel program which makes up slightly for the less than adequate salaries. However; a lot of the hotel will block out travel dates and it's hard even getting time off to use them.

Cons

The salary range is just ok, and there is no seniority when it comes to promotion or salary change.
