culture of adequacy....not looking to make real change as it is organized with a fiefdom mentality where all are too afraid to make a mistake.

Good company, just a bad location

Pros

The benefits are good (401k, insurance, PTO, employee rate rooms), with a company this large there is (needed) structure, room for internal growth and movement all over the world

Cons

Upper management at the property doesn't enforce that all employees do their job, I have worked crazy hours picking other people's slack. Several employees just waiting to retire when they are already burned out. For the amount of business, this hotel does not have enough employees. Everyone wears several hats, expect to do above and beyond your original job description.

-Laid back mgmt. -15/30 min breaks -Awesome customer/guest services experience -Meeting people from around the world from every culture. -Laid back guests -Buffet -most unique Hampton I've ever seen .!

Cons

Nothin really I wasn't the only breakfast attendant and everything came precooked It was common sense kitchen work
