      mativated sallary and best place to discover a new freinds of all round the world ,times off and weekand there are very flexible and intersssting,but it's hard to work in hostil company anad very high pressure.

      team managment it's very simple it's very interesting and if if you speak relation between peaple it's beaautiful to train peaple to work with you and halp him to become a good employee in the company ,after that they respect you for what you do for him and a relation became most powerful

      Great place to work for people that are ambitious and willing to work hard. Flex time available, great hotel stay discounts if available.

      Cons

      Change of management has affected the office culture and employee rapport. Management need to be more transparent with any planned changes and future direction.
