Cons

- There is no old way of doing things - the focus on redefining process and decision rights stifles creativity and strategic thinking in everyday work - Leadership fails to focus and communicate unified strategies causing everyone to work towards different objectives - Stressful environment where everyone seems overworked without results

The brand name is powerful and attracts clients.

Cons

Staff is over worked, understaffed. We are asked month after month to do more with less, but still achieve excellance in all areas. The company sold itself to a wall st. hedge fund and now it's all about giving them a bigger bottom line.

never get a raise, get screwed over when other people don't show up or quit, the longer you are there the more work management gives you to do without any added compensation, you are making the same amount of money as the morons who just start and have no idea what they are doing while you are doing everything for them and for management
