Pros

Time off - 20 days your first year and 25 days after Work from home flexibility Travel benefits

Cons

No advancement opportunities. No priority given to internal candidates for promotions - they usually hire externally. Senior leadership is very disorganized and show favoritism. They also have an extreme elitist attitude. Work load is unreasonable.

Pros

Hotel discount, you paid $43 a night. And family members and Fridays can get the discount as well

Cons

The people who train you don't know anything. You have metrics during OJT, pay is low. You work alot, you don't get paid alot. Incentives are a joke.

Well recognised brand. Free Dinner

Cons

Blame culture is rife. Top down management culture will ensure that if this is your first experience in hospitality it may well be your last. Long shifts on your feet for NMW or a few pence above but the very worst thing is .. No thanks. You will feel taken advantage of. There are serious attitude problems within my hotel management
