      1.If you are joining for direct sales this is the best company to learn about sales. 2.Work environment is very Healthy 3.Incentives are good

      Cons

      1.Personal growth is bit slow because the Hierarchy is bit long you might take 8 urs or so to become manager 2.Leadership is the concern because every other two days u find new rules in place.
