- Great Company, great product to work as a fresher - Brenfits seems good at starting - freedom of work - Culture is good - Can earn good incentives

Cons

- Show off and hypocrisy - Lot of duplicate work - Management doesnot understand actual problems - Low salary compare to market

Some very nice colleagues to work with, esp old employees are best representing what hilti looks like

Cons

1. Local senior managememt are lack rich mamagement experience. Not professional and mature to handle some staff issues . 2. Very local culture here. Maybe a good company to work in europe and usa. Not here. Not very diversified culture. It was promoted as very international culture. Not here. 3. Used to be a very conservative, caring working environmemt, now has been changed to be aggressive. Need to pay attention to communicate and challenge people with respect.
