the life there is dictated by a small group of people totally incompetent who just care about their own agenda. they just have no ethics and do not care to go against any human rights principle to make sure you will not get your bonus. They salary system is just stealing the employee. If you are not ready to be the slave and spy of the management, you ll suffer
