uptight with current practice, new ideas or opinion are shunned . press very hard to get in line with company values. one of the idiotic thing i came across was you must know the motto and other values by heart. i mean focus on work rather than such things

If a customer wants to do business with Hilti they do it the Hilti way or no way. If a Hilti Account Manager wants to stay in job with Hilti the same applies. IT'S THE HILTI WAY OR NO WAY! A very arrogant , aloof company who try and keep up with the growing pace of Account Managers leaving by recruiting anyone and everyone they can find . This has resulted in very unhappy customers not knowing who their Account Manager is and deciding to drop Hilti for the competitor.

Wonderful company to work, the best I have worked. I got a car for my visits. Focused on indirect selling services.

Cons

A lot of travel and ships by car, many times a lot of hours a day. But almost everything is a wonderful company, very happy to work here.
