Communication at Hilti is exceptionally well aligned from senior global leaders, to local team leaders, clear strategy, capable well trained leaders, strong focus on customer aligned to healthy workplace culture, strong on diversity & developing people to reach full potential. A very decent place to work and unique culture.

Cons

High performance culture with stretch targets, feedback is encouraged, frequent, mostly well balanced...this may not be for everyone.
