Communication often not as efficient as expected My initial manager was replaced by a new one with little experience in leadership, she was more of a boss than a leader. Sharing frustrations with the team and fear to loose our jobs. Often lonely work as you drive around meeting customers Very friendly and open in appearance, but in reality few people follow up and don't back each other up. Company values are not followed in some cases
