It has a Strong culture orientation where they truly live the 4 values of the company. They also invest in the mid ans long term where they have clarity of what the want to achive for the future. VISION

Cons

The salaries are not very competive in comparison with the market. The is high complexity of the business model and requires time to understand the organozation if there isnt a good induction organized.
