We really appreciate you taking the time to write a review. We work hard to ensure a great working environment and as such use feedback like this to ensure we improve where we can moving forward. Please be assured your comments will be passed to our management team. As you will be aware we have a number targets that all team members are asked to achieve during their employment, this differs based on position. Performance is reviewed on an ongoing basis however we offer a strong support system should a team member not be meeting expectation. Hilti Manufacturing is going through a transformation process to move from a family run business to a large multinational organisation with new globally aligned policies and procedures and we do still have a few issues to work out – we believe these changes are crucial for the long-term success of the business.
