1 - Management is supportive and respect employees voice, opinion. 2 - Good Pay, Medical Policy, Sometimes workshop in Switzerland Headquarter 3 - No politics / no micro management 4 - No differentiation between contractor/permanent employees in term of working hours, and management support 5 - Latest technologies including cloud/containerisation 6 - Job stability

Cons

1 - sometimes due to project pressure "Work Life Balance" gets a bit challenging but that's occasional and feedback is collected about this monthly. 2 - Due new entity currently HTSI doesn't have any tax saving scheme in it's compensation apart from House Rent and PF. 3 - Nothing else in my views.

company who is giving good salary in this area. some of the senior employee is not good in terms of decision , not good for team and carecter wise is also not good but fortunetly they are fired now. good time is coming.

Ok pay if negotiated well. Good incentives -bonus , healthcare and staff events

Cons

Finance management an absolute joke. Its about who you know to progress! and too much back stabbing if you have no one to look out for you. High workload in finance. Avoid Finance !!!
