1) Good for fresher coming from teir -3 colleges in terms of starting salary ( > TCS, wipro) 2) Will get nice breakfast 3) Providing Training on latest technologies on project requirement

Cons

1) Stuck to old technologies ( still using VB .NET, excel sheets especially PPM Services)
