Great entry job, but nothing more

Pros

Schedule was a little flexible. They allowed 9/80 in the summer. Building was very nice to work in. Lot of foot traffic.

Cons

I started at entry level and got a very small raise after my first year, and then got nothing until I eventually left after almost 3 years. I was told people more or less stay where they're hired at. I also got very minimal feedback on my work.
