1. Managers behave like goons. 2. If you call your manager by his name, you will make your life hell here. Call them sir only. 3. People talk in local languages even in meetings. If you dont know the local language. Your life will be difficult. 3. Managers change the condition of satisfaction criteria on sprint completion if you are not in good books of managers, saying I am the product owner and will keep changing the cos until he is good mood or fine with you. 4. They like if you laugh on their jokes.. give reacts on their messages immediately other wise you will be told " I think you are not serious about the job". 5. You have to identify what is in your boss mind to fix a issue and code only as per that. Your reviews will not be approved until it is as per him. Also asking question is not appreciated, and if you ask question you will be told you need hand holding to work. 6. Just to make you feel you are a loser they will give awards to everyone's else for doing nothing but ignore you even if you work better then the others.
