The job changes week by week so you won't get bored.

Cons

You are the bottom tier of the company and with all the work they require from you, you will not be compensated for extra. Service engineers do not get raises or promotions. You will be stuck at level one for years and years with the promise of promotions and raises coming,

Great work life balance and great people.

Cons

Does not pay anywhere near what the mining industry pays its engineers. No bonus. No promotions. Doesn't matter how well you perform you can't get competitive compensation. Good place to work if you need a job, but don't stay more than 2 years, you will lose money every year you waste here.
