      None. If it's allowed to rate zero or negative, I would not give 1 star even.

      Cons

      All aspects. HR is unprofessional, no help to employee but with the higher management always. Management has no concept of product and no interests to it as well. Management and HR are lazy, lack sense of responsibilities and low morale. Management and HR are used to lying and forbidden employees telling truth. Management and HR have no concept or respect to law, but no hesitate to persecute employee with all kinds of ways. No space to grow Low compensations

      Pros

      Great colleagues and flexible time. Amazing new building. Awesome gym with every thing you can think of. Very understanding and open HR department.

      Cons

      As a software engineer, if you want to be micromanaged this is the place for you. Managers over the years have been promoted based on their technical abilities rather than their management skills. This has led to a culture where the old-timers are still involved in every single technical detail which does not allow their new generation of engineers to be creative and innovative. The competitors are always a step ahead and PPM is always catching up. It is a shame because there are great and smart people in this company but upper management antiquated culture does not make this an attractive place to work. Compensation wise, good luck. Medical benefits continue to decline, no merit increases last year, no bonuses for the past 3 to 4 years. Not even a Christmas party!

      Employee benefits: Good employee care, lot of benefits, good salary, Peace of mind, no work pressure. .

      Cons

      Politics in UX team, chances(awards, promotions etc..) are give to only to those who are favor to manager. Because of two managers 6 people resigned in just one year. Senior manager is always favorable to only one guy who is unworthy and untalented, If you are ready to handle these two guys then you can join in UX team. When you go for interview you will meet these two guys.
