I really enjoyed my time at Hexagon. I thought the pay was fair with generous vacation time. Challenging assignments

Cons

The pressure was high and there was a lot of finger pointing when things didn't work as expected. Not enough training, expected to know things and presented as the "expert" when that was not the case

Cons

Layoffs because organic growth targets aren't met. Terrible long term strategic planning. Never asked for a raise for 25 years (just got measley cost of living increases which didn't even keep up with inflation). Finally brought up a raise and got laid off 6 months later. So much for loyalty.
