Work and Social life is balanced. Fantastic work culture. Seniors are very friendly Very good salaries for freshers and up to 3-4 yrs experienced people. Very less stress and work pressure. There is no fire once you are in.

I can't think of any

Poor job security and pay. They hire developers from India dirt cheap to work in their dirty old buildings in Huntsville. You can't walk to the bathroom without hearing the Indians babbling in a foreign language. Benefits and pay raises have steadily decreased. They rely too heavily on legacy software and don't dedicate enough resources to keep up with the latest technologies.
