      Pros

      Good work environment (for now) until we get put in the new call-center style building. For the most part the staff is very friendly, benefits are good and employee functions are well organized and fun. Great for a starter or entry level position.

      Cons

      Everything is run by politics which gets quite frustrating at times, it is difficult to move up due to the politics and the pay is much lower than other companies in the area.

      Pros

      Encounter great deal of projects The variety of technical issues are high which makes it a great experience for the employee .

      Cons

      Management not always supportive. It get in time confusing what managers require. Company does not compensate for when employee goes on site , at least not in satisfying way.
