      Decent office, A lot of great people in the team. There’s potential for significant growth if employee input would be harnessed more.

      Cons

      Constructive technical input apparently is often either ignored or taken personal by certain people in management which discourages an open dialogue. Instead, decision-making quite often tends to be highly top-down with little delegation, leading more experienced employees stifled.

      Classic tale: big corporation buys something, hoping to cash in on the prestige and influence with no real understanding of what made it special in the first place. So they proceed to run it into the ground!
