Pros

Good pay and expectations for their employees. The company is profit driven and their Marketing is unbelievable.

Cons

It's a new avenue the company is gearing toward and there are a lot of things to be worked out. They could do better integrating all their "groups".

Pros

You get to work with some very bright people. You have opportunities to work on small and large teams. This allows you to grow technically. There are opportunities to grow in your responsibilities which again benefits your career in the long run. The company is becoming more employee focused that it used to me. The benefits are okay (not great, but certainly not bad). They have a very nice gym on campus.

Cons

At times overtime is too much and senior level management seemed out of touch. Seems they reap the rewards whereas the worker bees got nothing. Your responsibilities can grow but not rewarded very much. You can easily become a work-aholic.

Pros

The best part of MI is the people in the trenches — the field engineers, techs, and specialists who show up, solve problems, and support each other even when the system around them doesn’t. The teamwork, the shared experience, and the professionalism of the technical staff are what keep the wheels turning. Those relationships are the real value.

Cons

Systemic issues repeat without meaningful correction, and workarounds often become the long‑term solution. Expertise doesn’t always translate into organizational change, which leads to a cycle of recurring problems and unnecessary rework. Administrative and process inconsistencies add friction that the technical teams end up absorbing.
