Pros

Company has very big products. It helps in product architecture skill building.

Cons

There are so many cons 1. Managers will make false promises. They will make promise and then they won't keep them. If you ask them any time about why so they will isolate you in the team and will make your life hell 2. All managers are very bossy or old school manager type. They treat their employees as slaves. 3. Salary hikes and appreciation depends on how nicely you can oil your manager. By no means they are driven by your work. 4. Even the managers speak regional languages in technical meetings. Even after so many notices from HR.

Cons

Well, I was waiting for this fine day when I get to write review about this organization where I've spent some bitter moments which I would never like to recall. I must say, An Employee doesn't leaves an organization, He leaves his manager. I also did the same. If your first organization was a Big 4 mnc and then you land up in HCCI through a switch, Then you may feel sea of change in the culture and work ecosystem. Here are a few cons which I witnessed : 1. FLMs and Managers lack people management skills, Most of them have a feeling that they are only meant to monitor people. FLM's neither do much of customer interaction (other than attending weekly calls), nor they do coding stuff, nor they propose any innovation or growth to the business. I wonder what they actually do. 2. Majority of the work is done by software analysts or senior software analysts. There is a general notion here in all the senior people who are sticking since last 10-20 yrs that once an employee becomes a lead - He should only review others work and should not take any challenging or major work. 3. FLM's and managers here lack managerial ethics. You may not see FLMs and Managers on their seats, There most of the daily time is either spent in conference rooms discussing about who said what. It's also no surprise to see them standing next to your shoulder or peer's shoulder for hours peeping into your system...they don't care if it hinders your focus on work, It's there daily routine. 4.Despite a world class infrastructure and amazing employee friendly policies..There is a loop hole in the management control system, There's no body to keep an eye on FLM's and manager's here..because managers in this organization report to Directors who are very busy ppl..they never care whats going on in the team or project. Directors do the customer interaction and bring the business. I don't understand..what FLM's actually do.
