      Great Product - COTS in Huntsville

      Cons

      authoritarian leadership, no communication with the people, mistakes made as a result of the senior managers blamed on the actual people doing the work, finger pointing by the leadership team, condescending remarks. Staff do not feel empowered. Very high turnover of skilled staff.

      Mentorship Space for creativity Interesting projects Good teamwork culture Cafeteria food Beautiful building and lake walks

      Cons

      Layoffs are not uncommon. It’s a big old family, and a glass ceiling has been in construction for the past 30-40 years. If you’re not an old family member, regardless of your skills, or the skills of existing family members, the old members will ALWAYS win.

      Good work life balance Opportunity to learn product lifecycle.

      Cons

      Work not much challenging. Management is outdated. Some do not have minimum management qualities. (Depends on each division though) Low hikes and salaries.
