High salary compared with industrial companies. Possible to work only 20% of the time without any problem with management. Very high ratio salary/effective working time.

Cons

- Terrible atmosphere: people are just numbers . - The company does not respect the working law. - No value added, everything is just about communication. - Not possible to find sense in this activity, it is just about writing empty powerpoints reports.
