Interesting and challenging work, good career growth, lots of potential to progress. Everyone works remotely, solid work life balance. Coworkers have been great to work with and so has management.

Cons

I feel like the pay isn't as good as other competitors in the field. There are no stock options or bonuses offered in my department. Annual pay increases and good benefits have helped though.
