Extreme overloading of work means that nothing can be done to its full potential No direction from global marketing leadership No clear vision or strategy for marketing Employees lost to attrition are not replaced and teams are extraordinarily overburdened Inability to capitalize on legacy brands and products (Customers don't know what Hexagon is, and still think in terms of legacy companies that were acquired). Yearly pay increases are very low and it is harmful for employees' career trajectories to stay longer than a year or two No clear path to advancement Internal politics more influential than merit
