Only ALI & GIS divisions works well and gets profits. others are okish. The leadership before 2018 was good and management is good too.

Poor work culture, Politics, Pressure After the management changes the work culture is spoiled a lot. Lot of politics came in to the picture. Work pressure increased a lot where we for got that it is a product development company.
