The C level team has no idea how to manage a software business and they layoff people like they change their clothes, if you question any of their decisions.

This place started with amazing team energy and the pay is wonderful (when they decide to pay you). It's an easy enough job most of the time as well. The teams themselves have amazing people in them!

Cons

HR does not help with any issues so it is futile to go to them for anything. If you are in a commission role, make sure you read the fine print or you'll randomly find them back charging you for a quota they changed because you hit your goal and they don't want to pay you. They will give you mandatory overtime and will put sales goals over employee well being. Also, depending on manager, your PTO will be held up because they don't think you deserve to take it. Management/Upper management is the main issue with this company.
