      Promotions are far and few between Raises are very standard HR benefits lag a little bit and aren’t trying to lead in industry but just follow the set standard

      Good products, good teams (at base level) Had good culture and values. Now, going down the drains due to work politics

      No work-life balance Have to work more than 14 hours every day (okay if there is no politics) Senior management is clueless about the team and skills and experience of the team members Sr. management take biased decisions A lot of politics on day-to-day basis that affects productivity and mental peace.
