-Work culture is lethargic.

-Most of the teams/people either work on outdated technologies or work on some tools which aren't even technical and doesn't require any specialization (even a person without any formal education whatsoever can do it) despite the fact that they claim it as a "product-based" company.
-Majority of the peers are not enthusiastic about innovation, invention, technology, and research considering the fact that it's an "R&D" center.
-Assignment of the department to the people randomly without any systematic procedure and without even identifying the strengths and interests of the individual.
-HR policies and people are incontrovertibly jackleg.
