      Great people to work for, generous salary, decent benefits, it was really wonderful for the beginning before new management and shareholders came into the picture

      Cons

      Things have gone downhill a lot recently and there's a lot of shortages and offshoring going on. A lack of personality and communication.

      Everything is already clean, the floor is auto-cleaning.

      Flat hierarchy structure is the biggest delusion a management can be victim of. Except if they are just lazy and don't want to pay for managers. Then it's just regular toxic behavior.
