      -Disparity in wages. You can find a newly joined earning twice or thrice than a 5 yrs Exp in the company. - There are products from different domains with different technologies. But the management is based on the role. For all dev, one manager. For all QA, one manager. They treat all products as same and expect all teams to work the same way. - Innovation missing. They are just following what market leaders do.
