Dictatorship by manager...you will get the feeling of working in a military camp. I come from an army background so it was familiar environment for me.You will get to know what a worst company is like so if you survive feel proud.

Cons

Dont expect any fair treatment here.pathetic management thinking themselves as God micro managing everything.
