      Very Friendly work environment. Work force relatively of youth, General Manager at the age of 50 :) Stricte Health & Environment work policies Job Security, average rate of years of employment 5 years

      Slow decision making Poor potentials for career growth. Lack of career planning. Recruiting process take too much time. Very basic HR department

      Pros

      Good benefits, decent pay (could be worse). Some of the people are good people, but often are not a good "fit" for the position they are in.

      Cons

      Poorly managed. Philosophy of "do more with less" means cutting costs but that also means cutting corners in other areas -- safety, cleanliness, worker morale, etc.
