money is decent, cleanliness matters, proud of dial products

Cons

went through : "downsizing",which made my job ten times harder, yet more management was hired, worker bees aren't being hired as quickly, pay for skill system, which includes filling out papers to prove you can do the job you're already doing, plant has run 6 and 7 days a week for the past 22 yrs

- unique portfolio of FMCG brands and "green" technologies in adhesives business - great colleagues - with the right mixtur of "work hard & party hard" - real focus on sustainability - long company tradition with a successful global strategy - still family-owned and therefor clear longterm strategy

- sometimes we could speed up a little in decisions & change execution
