      Good colleagues, hierarchical management

      Pros

      Very knowledgeable and fun colleagues. Good working atmosphere with other researchers.

      Cons

      Hierarchical management that is not knowledgeable. No ability to grow within the company. No contact with other divisions within the company. Very limited autonomy, limited freedom, and no clear purpose. Too much middle management that are protecting their own place.

      Henkel is determined to grow in the U.S market. This positive change is encouraged from the top down and there is plenty of support. Performance moving forward has shown success in a short amount of time.

      The culture can be clicky in some areas and the communication seems to struggle at times.
