Pros

Coworkers were great for the most part. Pay is fair. Benefits are exceptional.

Cons

Too many people are given "management" type roles. All decisions required numerous approvals which end up costing the company money in the end due to loss of sales. Way too many meetings. We would have meetings about the meetings that we were going to have!

Good benefits the pay is average good people to work with some sections of the plant have 8hr shifts and others have 12hr rotating

Cons

When you reach top pay instead of getting a raise you get a lump sum if you are interested in a different departments and the top pay is less when you bid for that job and get it you will take a pay cut

Pros

Good company with excellent benefits package, vacations, holiday pay, plus 40-hours of paid absent time to use as needed. Leading the adhesive sealants market and the products are high quality.

Cons

Upper Management slow to resolved plant safety concerns. Seem to put production over safety. From my own personal experience the pay for performance concepts are only a thought. There's a standard 3% across the board regardless of how well you performed.
