      Lovely management, great benefits, good pension and a good brand name to work off and network

      Cons

      Salaries on the low end, bureaucracy is slow and can be painful, and the Hemel site is quite boring with little after work social life. Be careful which part of the business you enter, with such a wide range of industries Henkel can leave careers in a slow spot or face internal investment challenges depending on the performance of things out of your control.
