Pros

Working at HelloFresh is a total blast. The vibe here is the perfect mix of "let’s get it done" and "let’s have a coffee (or a snack) first." It’s fun and easy going, and despite how fast we grow, it never feels stiff or overly corporate. The best part? We are obsessed with food. It is so cool to be surrounded by chef designed recipes and ingredients. There’s nothing like reading customer feedback where someone tells us they learned how to cook something new because of a box we delivered—it makes the customer centricity part of the job feel really personal and rewarding. Why the culture wins: Customer Obsession: Insights that matter and data back decisions to improve the CX The Social Scene: There are always great events happening, from team happy hours to full office celebrations. Giving Back: Our ERGs (Employee Resource Groups) are incredibly active. They do an amazing job bringing give back vibes to the office, focusing on education and community support that actually feels meaningful. The Kitchen Perks: Let’s be real—the food is a massive plus. Testing out new recipes and seeing the behind the scenes of the culinary world is a dream for any foodie.

Cons

It’s a high energy environment, so your Slack is always buzzing! You definitely need to be someone who likes staying busy and can pivot when a new, exciting project drops.
