Pros

Good base pay + uncapped tiered commission Easy systems to work in Company culture is inclusive Work from home

Cons

Company pursues “low-quality” leads, so the calls transferred to you will be harder to close than you may be used to, but to me, it’s just a fun challenge and I have no problem ending every day with a great conversion. If you’re good and driven, no worries. If you’re wanting easy, maybe go somewhere else.

Pros

The only pro is that the job is remote. There were more pros but they've pretty much removed them all. Medicare is an industry where you can make a lot of money if you have the right tools, mind set and brokerage so look elsewhere.

Cons

Recruiters lie to get you in, then the onboarding team is not competent and will give you several different answers to the same question. Commission structure, employee handbook and other important documents aren't provided so you have to seek them out yourself. They often don't pay commissions or pay way less than what's actually earned. Calls are capped even if you've gotten crap calls all day. They say these are inbound calls but really they use SDRs from overseas to cold call people and harass them about COVID shots before you even get on the line with the potential client. Many of their leads will hang up on you, curse you out or not even be qualified. But those calls still get counted toward your overall closing ratio. Policy changes every week it seems and upper management doesn't seem to know what they want to do. We are all guinea pigs to them. Benefits cost half your check and really aren't that great. Oh and if you're 1 min late getting on the phones they will add points against you, no matter how good of an agent you are, if you have voicemails to listen to from the night before etc. you better be on the phone at your starting minute.

Sorry as if you felt you didn't get what you needed. We do pay all earned commissions if you met the requirements, the recruiters don't lie and the onboarding team does a great job hiring 30-50 new agents a week. Policies don't change every week. We have several updates as we continue to grow and evolve. Our commission structure has recently changed and is better than ever.
