Pros

No Pros. Horrible in the Amazon warehouse worker sense.

Cons

They pound the agents non stop with what HIQ admits are the worst aged reworked leads. The leads never stop and you are only expected to close 2 percent. Just like Amazon, you can take a restroom break, but you will receive a receive an attendance occurrence because they do no give the agents enough time. Worse, the managers are very aggressive and rude. There is no healthy reason to work here.

You’ll get a pay check.

This company is extremely flawed. There is no career progression and the agents are arrogant and only looking for a sale. The lack of compassion that they show towards the people that they work with is sad. Many of the clients are placed on plans that do not support their health needs and don’t know until it’s too late. Trying to get an agent to respond to a client is almost impossible and when you do reach out they are rude. Management is horrible. You get a lot of push back when trying to get assistance and spend more time trying to find help than actually helping. They do not care if the client understands what they are signing up for or what is going on all they care about is up selling their little health records platform that is just like everyone else’s. You are sold a dream and once you’re in the trenches you realize that much of what you were promised was a lie. The systems never work and are always being “fixed”
