Pros

This is a growth opportunity for a stat-up. Managers listen to employees and actually learn and adapt, all the way up to the CEO. So far what they have said has come to pass and many of us to go partake in a test case project to help the company out and got some nice un-looked perks out of it. They care about and take care of their employees. They only micro-manage those who've shown they need it and don't run a good thing for everyone.

So far haven't found many. We're all a bunch of imperfect humans learning and growing together

Access with many Insurance carriers, trainers are so humble and make it fun to work with.

They are upfront and honest about your expectations. They give average not just the top agent stats. I feel as though they are wanting to help people for the right reasons and with new technology no one else can offer

I know some people expressed that they didn't expect it to be as fast pace
