      Everything else about this job is a con The equipment provided will fail, and you will be stuck waiting weeks for tech support and then be told you won't be paid for the time you are waiting on tech support.

      Work from home is one but a lot of companies do that.

      Cons

      Corrupt practices. Constantly changing major aspects of everything from schedules to tiering and expectations without notice. Ridiculous expectations from the leads we get.

      Base pay People are nice Work from home

      They say on offer letter there are no out bound calls but that's all i was doing when i got hired on they flat out lied Lies about everything constantly saying one thing but doing another . All out bound leads no warm transfer extremely hard to close mostly just hang ups they try n call it second chance leads they lock you in a contract so there's no leaving one you get hired unless you want to waste 6 months and get your licence realest
