Working remote, PTO, health insurance.

Cons

They will tell you that you will not have to do any outbound calls or cold calling but that is not the case. They will have you working their "pre-sales" team where you call the same people over and over even though they have expressed no interest in the company. They don't consider this cold calling because we've talked to them in the past, be it years ago. It is absolutely cold calling no matter how much they try to deny or redefine it.

nice managers who are helpful and down to earth

Cons

Focused more on making money than valuing customers and truly helping them. Also, it felt we constantly harassed the same customers who would consistently ask to be put on the Do not call list.

I honestly can not think of snything good to say.

After passing by other opportunities, i felt this position woukd be a good fit. What a big mistake. They are so disorganized and no one seems to know what's going on. They could not even provide successful shipping of my equipment. Adress lacked apartment number. You are not given any contact numbers to so you try your best to reach out to emails you've received, hoping to het some rexolut Ii in. From recruiting to onboarding to training, it is a big confusion cluster. Ny training was postponed 3 weeks from my ofiginal start date. Just dont even bother.
