Gym in the office, health snacks provided for you through out the day, and catered healthy lunch options daily!!! Everyone is friendly and helpful! Rewards the health conscious people across the country, and takes care of their own employees. Amazing workplace culture!

Health IQ is a great place to work - demonstrating tremendous values, mission, heart and success.

Cons

Rapid change is the mantra for innovation - don't be afraid to try new things for which success is not guaranteed ... if you're going to fail, fail fast and have a contingency plan (or two. or three!). This can be a significant adjustment for some, but this level of flexibility and adaptability is paramount to succeed in this environment.

Health IQ is filled with motivated, driven people who are all incredibly passionate about the company & it's mission. The celebratory culture lends to unmatched acknowledgement of one's own progress, and well as that of other team members (in all aspects of life). This is a fantastic place to work if you hope to learn directly from a leadership team who will push you to grow, and inspire you to become a leader yourself.

Cons

The commitment is certainly that of a booming startup- but everyone is on the same page, working hard, and looking out for one another.
